Nouredine Capital has unique expertise to assist to these businesses and uses this experience to provide comfort to clients who are often experiencing their first (and often only) major corporate transaction. We have broad transaction and operational experience, as well as extensive networks.

    Services

Nouredine Capital broadly provides 3 services:

    1. Merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory. The scope of this can vary from managing a buy-side or sell-side transaction on behalf of a private or public company. It may include: sale of all or part of an existing company shareholding; asset divestments; capital structure optimisation (debt, equity and equity-linked); introduction of a strategic investor to fund growth; restructure an existing shareholding; independent adviser to manage an IPO; a strategic review of potential corporate actions; and any other related corporate activity.

    2. Strategic consulting work. The scope of work can vary from preparing strategic plans and company vision, to data analytics and preparing a company for sale. We are effectively utilised as an extension of the senior management team. It is not uncommon for us to work alongside other advisers in these scenarios.

    3. Proprietary investment. Nouredine Capital invests in and/or partners with businesses or assets that fit with its investment philosophy. This may be achieved as a co-investment with a network of high net-worth individuals and family offices. To discuss such opportunities, please contact us for a confidential discussion.
